Terms of Use

By using BeTech's services, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Users must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal capacity as per local regulations.

If the user represents a company or organization, that entity must be legally registered in Saudi Arabia.

Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and correct information when creating an account.

Users are fully responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, including their passwords.

BeTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

The platform must not be used for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the regulations of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and the Anti-Cybercrime Law. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: Publishing any illegal or offensive content, Exploiting the platform for fraudulent activities or violations of intellectual property rights, Hosting illegal content on the platform, Publishing content that violates Islamic law or local regulations, Using the platform to send unsolicited messages (spam), Sharing content that incites hatred or violence, Hosting websites that provide illegal or prohibited services within Saudi Arabia, and Conducting cyberattacks or attempting to hack the platform or other users' websites.

Users are prohibited from uploading or sharing any content that includes: Misleading or fraudulent information, Materials that violate intellectual property rights, Offensive content or content contrary to Islamic law, and Files containing viruses or malicious software.

Users must not attempt to hack or manipulate the platform's systems or the data of other users.

BeTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

Users will be notified of any actions taken, with clear reasons provided.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload to the platform but grant BeTech a limited license to use such content for service improvement purposes.

BeTech reserves the right to remove any content that violates laws or terms without prior notice.

BeTech reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice.

Users will be notified of any changes affecting their rights or obligations.

Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting the support team.

BeTech has the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the following cases: Violations of this agreement, Providing false or misleading information, and Using the platform for illegal purposes.

BeTech assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from the misuse of the platform.

While BeTech strives to ensure service continuity, it does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted services.

All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including texts, images, logos, software, designs, and algorithms (including AI technologies), are the exclusive property of BeTech.

Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or reselling any part of the platform without prior written consent.

BeTech may use user content (such as images and information) to improve its services while ensuring data confidentiality.

Users agree to indemnify BeTech for any losses, costs, or claims arising from: Violations of the terms and conditions, Unauthorized or unlawful use of the platform, and Uploading or sharing content that infringes on third-party rights.

The platform is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties.

BeTech is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions or technical errors.

BeTech is not responsible for agreements or transactions conducted between users and third parties through websites created using the platform.

BeTech reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time.

Users will be notified of changes via email or in-platform notifications at least 7 days before implementation.

Continued use of the platform after the amendments constitutes explicit acceptance of the changes.

BeTech reserves the right to modify or permanently terminate any of its services at its sole discretion.

Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any significant changes affecting the service.

In the event of a violation of these terms, BeTech has the right to take all necessary legal actions, including: Filing lawsuits to seek compensation for damages and Cooperating with judicial authorities to enforce appropriate penalties.

Any information exchanged between BeTech and users or third parties is considered confidential and may not be disclosed without prior written consent.

BeTech complies with the applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia, including: The E-Commerce Law, The Anti-Cybercrime Law, and The Personal Data Protection Law.

BeTech commits to responding to official requests from competent authorities in compliance with applicable regulations.

BeTech is committed to implementing the Personal Data Protection Law enacted by Royal Decree No. (M/19) of 1443H.

All data is treated confidentially, with users given the ability to access records of their data processing upon request.

BeTech reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates these policies.

Accounts linked to violating content may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with jurisdiction granted to the courts of Riyadh.
